It's where I grew up, where my husband and I built our life, and where we chose to raise our family!

I was born and raised right here in Manatee County, Florida. This isn't simply the market that i chose to work in.

this is
home for me, too.

My husband and i have been together for nearly 18 years. We started with his two girls, ages 8 and 10, my 18 month old son many years later we decided to start over together, and added 3 more little ones to the crew. Our kids are now 28, 26, 20, 10, 9 and 7.

We're a family rooted in faith, relationships and time together. We've chosen home education for our younger children and genuinely love living in the community we call home.

This personal connection here is a big part of why i love helping other families find their place here in the 941 also!

Our Story

Real estate first started tugging at me around 2016 or 2017, while we were right in the middle of starting over with three little ones of our own. By 2018, while pregnant with our last daughter, I had made the decision: real estate was where I wanted to go. I became licensed shortly after she was born in 2019, hit the ground running, and never looked back.

My early career became centered around buyers, especially first-time buyers and families who weren’t sure homeownership was even possible for them. Some were already paying enough in rent to support a mortgage payment but didn’t know how to get from where they were to owning.

Those were my people!

I loved helping clients understand credit, work through obstacles, explore financing, minimize cash out of pocket and structure a purchase in a way that actually worked for their lives.

It taught me something that has stayed with me throughout my career: There is rarely one right answer for every buyer. But there is nearly always a path to a win for buyers.

That was it, i was bitten by the real estate bug and I couldn't imagine my life any other way.

I fell in love with what homeownership could change for a family.
I didn't start in real estate because I loved houses. (although I do).

That experience and knowledge has made me a better Realtor and it is by far become one of the most valuable tools I brought "Home" to general real estate — and now I get to put it to work for you!

Closing-cost structures.
Relationships with Realtors and lenders.

And the countless small decisions that can completely change the outcome for a buyer.

I learned quickly that even when the same incentive programs appeared over and over, the right strategy could look completely different from one family to the next.

One buyer needed the lowest possible payment.

Another needed to preserve cash.

Another needed a completely different structure to make the opportunity work at all.

That experience taught me to stop asking only:

“What are they offering?” and start asking:

“What are we trying to accomplish, and how can we use everything available to get there?”

After several successful years in traditional residential real estate, I had the opportunity to join an incredible local homebuilder.

What followed was nearly three years of seeing the business from an entirely different side.

I became a top-producing sales consultant, but the real value of that chapter wasn’t simply selling homes.

It was learning how the deals actually work behind the scenes.

Pricing.
Inventory.
Construction.
Contracts.
Financing.
Interest-rate strategies.
Builder incentives.

And it enhanced the way i understand Real Estate.
Then I stepped inside new construction.
So.....
I'm Back!

Because sometimes the answer is a brand-new home. Sometimes it’s the resale home that’s already waiting.

Sometimes it’s a completely different community than the one they originally thought they wanted.

And sometimes the best thing I can do is tell someone, “This isn’t the one.” That’s what I wanted back!

The ability to help people explore all of their options and confidently choose the home that truly fits their life.

Because my job isn’t to convince you to buy my home. It’s to help you find the right home.

I love new construction. I love the homes, the communities, the people, and the challenge of helping buyers find creative ways to make an opportunity work.

But over time, I realized I missed being able to step back and look at the whole picture.

Not one builder.
Not one community.
Not one inventory list.

I missed being able to help someone compare neighborhoods, builders, resale homes, new construction, financing opportunities, and different paths across the 941, and then help them determine which one actually made the most sense for their family.

I wanted the freedom to start with the buyer, not the product.

To understand what they needed, what they valued, what they could comfortably afford, and what kind of lifestyle they were trying to create — and then search the entire market for the best fit.

Helping buyers find the right home — not just my home.
AND THEN I REALIZED WHAT I MISSED.
